Friends and Enemies:
“I think my friend's mad at me.”
Hey Terra,
I have this friend that I really like to hang around with. Well she always comes to my house and everything but I sent her an email saying that for only one week I can't come outside and "Stop knocking on my door because I'm not coming outside!" Well I guess she got mad and yesterday I went to her house and told her if she wanted to come outside now that I'm out. She said "Well I don't feel like it!" I don't know if she's Mad. What what should I do?????????Sincerely,
Blu
Dear Blu,
It sounds like she's mad.
Since you like her, why did you tell her that you're "not coming outside" for a week? Were you sick? Were you grounded?
If you could explain to her why you told her to "Stop knocking on my door" she would probably get over being upset. Without knowing why you said that she probably thought that you don't like her any more, so she tried to get back at you by saying that she "Didn't feel like" coming out to be with you.
So... Explain why you said what you said to her, and then ask her to forgive you. Friends should be honest with each other and friends should forgive each other.
Make sense?
In friendship,
Terra
